Founding Partner, Director General
Edouard graduated in accounting and management and joined the European Parliament in 2004, as a Parliamentary Assistant working mostly on ICT, SME & industrial policies and energy files.
With a comprehensive knowledge of the European Parliament’s decision-making mechanisms and a thorough understanding of business needs, he has acquired a particular expertise in developing methodologies fit for business objectives. Edouard co-leads the team of consultants in Europtimum, with a focus on risk and issue management, strategic communication and social media solutions.
After obtaining his Master’s II degree in European Policy, Thomas joined the European Parliament and worked as a Parliamentary Assistant from 1999 to 2010, with a focus on energy, research, cosmetics, REACH and maritime transport.
Working both at European and national levels, he has acquired thorough knowledge of all political codes and customs related to European affairs and advises our clients on sensitive issues. Thomas co-leads the team of consultants in Europtimum, with a focus on risk and issue management, EU training sessions and EU funding services.
Our consultants come from different EU Member States and therefore have various backgrounds. However, they have one thing in common: they have all worked within the European institutions or in their immediate environment before joining Europtimum Conseil. Thanks to them, Europtimum has the ability to work in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Chinese, which also helps us have an extensive and varied network.
